Attention church family! Happening this Sabbath afternoon!

Kirkland SDA Personal Prayer Revival

Personal Prayer – What does yours look like? Where are there growth opportunities? You will be inspired through a 90 minute Personal Prayer Seminar on Sabbath, August 1, just after potluck presented by Pastor Randy Maxwell, Washington Conference, Vice President for Administration and a respected prayer ministry author and leader. If you are planning to attend, please bring a meal and join the small potluck after the church service.

Dear Church,
The Cookie Ministry for boarding students has been a meaningful way for us to show support and encouragement while they are away from their families. Through this ministry, students are reminded that they are not alone and that their church family is praying for them. For many years, a dedicated group has faithfully led this ministry, and now it is time to pass the torch to new hands. We especially want to thank Kathy Dufur, whose passion and leadership brought this ministry to life and ensured its success. If you feel called to serve, please contact the church office to get involved.

Adventist Youth Retreat (AYR)

"Someone will ask you. Maybe today, maybe in ten years: "Why are you a Christian?" And in that moment, you'll either have an answer, or you won't.

Join hundreds of youth ages 12–20 from across the Northwest, August 13–16, 2026, in Sandpoint, Idaho, to find purpose in Christ, connect with others, and share Christ with others. Over four days, engage in youth-led sermons, music, and thrilling outdoor activities, and see how God can impact you and others firsthand.
This is a question every one of us will face, and it's essential that we be equipped to meet it. This and much more will be explored at our next retreat themed: WHY?
AYMNW is for youth, by youth.
Register today at aymnw.org.
See you there!

Coming Up!

Hello church family!
We need your help to keep our church clean and organized. Please add the church work bee date to your calendar: September 20 at 2:00 pm.
Many hands make the work light!
Adventist Youth Retreat (AYR) is a weekend designed by young people for young people — ages 12-20 — to ignite the joy of sharing Christ with the world. It is a time where wholesome fellowship is cultivated through worship, uplifting music, powerful presentations by the youth, Christ-centered activities, and outreach. We aspire to build a community of Adventist youth who are inspired, equipped, and empowered to live boldly for Christ. AYR is from October 15 to 18 at Kirkland SDA Church, 6400 108th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. For more information, visit adventistyouthretreat.org.
