Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs

Marc is a dedicated and spiritually focused educational leader with extensive experience in Adventist and career-focused education. His passion for integrating faith, learning, and hands-on experiences aligns perfectly with AAA's mission to nurture students spiritually, academically, and practically.
Marc is currently completing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Andrews University (expected May 2025) and brings a strong background in technology education, administration, and career and technical training. His leadership experience includes serving as Principal & Business Manager at Maxwell Adventist Academy (Kenya), Interim Principal at Battle Creek Academy (Michigan), and High School Teacher & Department Head in Public Education (Michigan).

As AAA prepares for this transition, Michelle adds:
“As we look ahead to the coming school year, I am excited to collaborate with Marc to ensure a smooth transition as he steps into the role of principal. I have no doubt that his leadership and heart for Christ-centered education will be a tremendous blessing to AAA.”
She also shares a heartfelt message as she returns to her full-time role at the Washington Conference:
“While I will be returning full-time to the conference office, I will continue to pray for and support this wonderful school. Thank you for an amazing year, and I look forward to seeing how God continues to lead AAA under Marc’s leadership.”

Honoring God in the New Year
As we step into a brand-new year, it's a perfect time to reflect on our financial stewardship. The Bible reminds us that everything we have is entrusted to us by God (Psalm 24:1). Our responsibility is not just to manage these resources wisely, but to use them in ways that honor Him and bless others.
The new year offers a fresh opportunity to realign our financial priorities with God’s purposes. Start by asking yourself: “Am I handling God’s money in a way that reflects trust, obedience, and gratitude?” Here are three key principles to guide you:
- Plan Prayerfully
Proverbs 21:5 says, “The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.” Begin the year by prayerfully creating a budget that reflects your values. Include provisions for giving, saving, and spending. Ask God for wisdom to steward your finances in a way that brings glory to Him.
2.Give Generously Generosity isn’t about how much we give but the heart with which we give. Jesus praised the widow who gave two small coins because she gave sacrificially and from her heart (Mark 12:41-44). Commit to being a cheerful giver this year, trusting God to supply all your needs as you sow
3.Trust Faithfully The world often measures success by wealth, but God calls us to measure it by faithfulness. Matthew 6:33 says, “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Trust God’s provision as you make Him your financial priority.
As we enter this year, let’s resolve to honor God with every dollar entrusted to us. True financial stewardship isn’t just about managing money—it’s about growing in faith, living generously, and impacting lives for eternity.
May this year be a season of abundance in finances and spiritual fruit as we faithfully steward all that God has placed in our hands
