“Revival for One: Putting the Spark in Your Personal Prayer Life”
This workshop is based on portions of the book, If My People Pray, and provides practical ideas for overcoming distractions and making personal prayer times more meaningful. Learn the power of praise, the role of song in prayer, prayer journaling, praying through the Scriptures, and how to pray “without ceasing” no matter where you are, or how busy you get.

The Cookie Ministry for boarding students has been a meaningful way for us to show support and encouragement while they are away from their families. Through this ministry, students are reminded that they are not alone and that their church family is praying for them. For many years, a dedicated group has faithfully led this ministry, and now it is time to pass the torch to new hands. We especially want to thank Kathy Dufur, whose passion and leadership brought this ministry to life and ensured its success. If you feel called to serve, please contact the church office to get involved.

Adventist Youth Retreat (AYR)
"Someone will ask you. Maybe today, maybe in ten years: "Why are you a Christian?" And in that moment, you'll either have an answer, or you won't.
Join hundreds of youth ages 12–20 from across the Northwest, August 13–16, 2026, in Sandpoint, Idaho, to find purpose in Christ, connect with others, and share Christ with others. Over four days, engage in youth-led sermons, music, and thrilling outdoor activities, and see how God can impact you and others firsthand.
This is a question every one of us will face, and it's essential that we be equipped to meet it. This and much more will be explored at our next retreat themed: WHY?
AYMNW is for youth, by youth.

We aspire to build a community of Adventist youth who are inspired, equipped, and empowered to live boldly for Christ. AYR is from October 15 to 18 at Kirkland SDA Church, 6400 108th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. For more information, visit adventistyouthretreat.org.

Shut-Ins: In an effort to provide better care for our members, we are asking your help in locating members of the Kirkland church who are not able to come to Sabbath services.
